=Description of warts= Warts can grow almost any where on your body, and they are most commonly found on the hands, feet and face. They are generally rough protrusions on the skin, and are usually skin colored; although they can grow to be dark and smooth for some people. =What causes warts?= Warts are caused by viruses that lead to growths in the top layer of your skin (thus forming the wart). The viruses are spread through direct contact with a wart, and children are the most vulnerable especially because they generally have a lot of skin contact with others when they play.
